Returns and Shipping Policy

Shipping is handled by Royal Mail. As a user, you understand that it is your responsibility to make sure the shipping address is correct. In case you suspect any issue with the shipping address you submitted, please contact us within 24 hours. Most of the orders are processed after 24 hours so we will not be responsible in case you fail to inform us within 24 hours. 

All the UK orders are sent Signed For and Royal Mail aims to deliver the product within 2-3 working days, however there might be some delay due to factors that are out of the control. 

International orders may take longer. As an international buyer it is your responsibility to deal with extra fee, taxes or customs, and we will not be responsible for that. 

Also, if a user wants to cancel the order please send an email to within 24 hours of placing the order. After we process your order, we will not be able to cancel it.

As a user you also understand that sometimes the delivery dates are affected due to factors out of our control such as bad weather conditions. In that case you can contact the shipping providers to get updates. We will also try to inform our users as soon as we can. 

Your satisfaction is our priority and we ensure you are satisfied with the courses we offer, however it will not be possible for us to accept returns in the case that the parcel has been handed and accepted to the user. In the case that you decline the parcel when it is delivered to you, we will accept the returns happily. 

In the event you opt for Brand Building Secrets USB and are not satisfied with the material, you can send us an email requesting a refund. The refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days.
